Terms & Conditions

Review the terms and conditions for enrolling in The Quran Nest classes.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to The Quran Nest! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of The Quran Nest's Website and Educational Services, located at https://thequrannest.com.

By accessing this website and enrolling in our online courses, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use The Quran Nest if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Definitions

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements:

  • "Student", "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person logging on to this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions.
  • "The Company", "The Academy", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company, The Quran Nest.
  • "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves.
  • "Service" refers to the online Quran, Tajweed, and Islamic classes provided by us via third-party communication tools like Zoom or Skype.

3. Educational Services & Commitments

The Quran Nest is dedicated to providing high-quality, interactive, one-on-one online Quran education to students worldwide.

3.1 Trial Classes

We offer a free, no-obligation trial class to all new prospective students. This trial is designed to assess the student's current level, understand their goals, and match them with a suitable tutor. There is no financial commitment required to take the trial class.

3.2 Enrollment & Scheduling

Upon successful completion of the trial class and mutual agreement, you may enroll in a regular schedule. Classes are scheduled according to the package you select (e.g., 2 days, 3 days, or 5 days a week). We strive to accommodate your preferred time zone and availability; however, exact time slots are subject to teacher availability.

3.3 Punctuality and Attendance

Both students and teachers are expected to be punctual for scheduled classes. Students must log in at least 5 minutes before the class start time. If a student is late, the class will still end at the scheduled time to respect the teacher's commitments to other students.

4. Payment, Fees, and Subscriptions

4.1 Tuition Fees

Tuition fees are charged on a monthly, prepaid basis. Access to classes for the upcoming month is granted upon successful processing of your payment. Our fee structure is clearly outlined on our 'Packages' page and may be updated periodically.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept secure payments via major credit cards, PayPal, and other internationally recognized payment gateways. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

4.3 Late Payments

If a payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend your classes until the outstanding balance is cleared. We will send reminders before any suspension takes place.

5. Cancellation and Makeup Classes

5.1 Student Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. If proper notice is given, we will arrange a makeup class at a mutually convenient time during the same billing month. Classes cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or "no-shows" will be considered forfeited and are not eligible for a makeup class or refund.

5.2 Teacher Cancellations

In the rare event that a teacher is unavailable due to illness or an emergency, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will either provide a qualified substitute teacher for that session or arrange a makeup class at a time that works for you.

5.3 Public Holidays

The Quran Nest observes major Islamic holidays (such as Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha). Classes scheduled on these days may be rescheduled, and makeup classes will be provided. Secular public holidays in your specific country do not automatically apply unless previously arranged with our administration.

6. Code of Conduct

We maintain a respectful and professional learning environment. We expect all students (and parents of minor students) to interact courteously with our teachers and administrative staff.

  • Appropriate Attire: Although classes are conducted online, students and teachers are required to wear modest, appropriate clothing out of respect for the Quranic education setting.
  • Respectful Communication: Any form of harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior towards our staff or teachers will result in immediate termination of services without a refund.
  • Direct Communication with Teachers: For the security and privacy of both parties, all scheduling, billing, and administrative communications must go through The Quran Nest official channels. Sharing personal contact information (like personal phone numbers or social media profiles) with teachers outside of the official platform is strictly prohibited.
